These are some different running programs that will help you become a better runner. All running programs are based on  4 days of running and one day of x-training.

Running and You

For the first time runner that needs the running basics. This program will help you build a connection with your self that will give you more confidence in running.

Running and Others

For the basic runner that wants to begin running in groups and in races (up to 10K). This program will help build connections with others through teamwork. Running groups will be the focus of this program.

Running and Mileage

For the runner that wants to increase the mileage to run either 1/2 marathons or the full 26.2 miles.

Running and Women

This is designed to talk about the differences for women and running.

Running and Kids

This is designed for parents helping their children beginning to run.
