For the first time runner that needs the running basics. This program will help you build a connection with your self that will give you more confidence in running. For the basic runner that wants to begin running in groups and in races (up to 10K). This program will help build connections with others through teamwork. Running groups will be the focus of this program. For the runner that wants to increase the mileage to run either 1/2 marathons or the full 26.2 miles. This is designed to talk about the differences for women and running. This is designed for parents helping their children beginning to run.
